Our Opinion:
There is nothing like a good old young lovers in love, especially if one of them just had sex with their dead sister’s boyfriend. We spend the whole movie trying to figure out what happened when Megan’s sister died. It’s a little slow but still had good entertainment value. Production was top notch. This is not a cheapo low budget film. Great sound track!

Rated R, 1 hr. 29 min., 2008

Our Opinion:
Not bad. The only way that you could tell the “just insane” from the “rabid insane” was by the color of their eyes. I thought that was a nice touch. Very bloody. I am OK with bloody but they do over do it a bit. There was a point in the film where things were coming together with weird music and running through blue hospital hallways with blood every where. Would have made a more accurate portrayal of the movie as cover art.

Our Opinion:
Don’t waste your time with this one. It was meant for television. I admit I was curious about this movie only because of the title and the cover art. Don’t be fooled. This is movie making at its cheapest.

Rated R, 1 hr. 25 min. 2008

Our Opinion
Not Bad for low budget. Interesting twists at the end. Everything shot at one location, the supermarket. The dialog seemed rehearsed from a script that needed to be smoothed out. Characters were not believable.

Once they learn the truth, they set out on a no-holds-bared plan for revenge that can only end in bloodshed. Dennis Iliadis directs this updated remake of Wes Craven’s 1972 horror classic by the same name.

Rated R, 1hrs. 50min., 2009

Our Opinion
The original from 1972 was one of Wes Craven’s first movies and for the time it was a shocker. I like that Wes tries to go as far on the edge as possible. What if you met up with ruthless individuals who had nothing to lose? This version is very well done and is a great tribute to the original. The characters are believable and the production is top notch. Great date movie!

Our Opinion
This is a fun movie. For low budget it was entertaining. The character Norma carried the film from start to finish. There is some light humor mixed in with gore.

Annabeth Gish (Mystic Pizza), Tom Skerritt (Picket Fences), Steven Weber (Wings) and Kelly Overton (The Ring Two) co-star in this made-for-television horror flick based on the book by Stephen King, who also penned the teleplay.

Rated R, 2hrs. 11min., 2006

Our Opinion
Not bad, typical Stephen King fashion. The beginning was great and held out attention especially with ROn Pearlman who did a great job as the evil possessed Sheriff. However, the film gets long and boring towards the end. The movie runs out of gas at the end with very weird cheap effects. Perhaps they should have cut it short to save grace.
